GRILLED ARGENTINE SHRIMP SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS
1 bag of Bristol Argentine Red Shrimp
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp. finely-minced garlic

Juice of one lime
Salt to taste
Skewers

PREPARATION METHOD
Preheat grill to medium-high. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and mix in ginger, garlic, and lime juice. Add 4-5 shrimp to each skewer, brush with butter mix, and place on grill for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes—brushing with any extra butter as you go.
