We believe all seafood we eat should be sustainably sourced. Our products are sustainably and responsibly harvested, verified by the Marine Stewardship Council, Fair Trade USA, or the Aquaculture Stewardship Council.

We believe in treating people fairly and with dignity and respect. We set our starting wage higher than minimum wage and provide our workers with benefits, training, and advancement opportunities. We are the first Fair Trade Certified seafood company in the United States. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the bedrock of who we are and how we operate.

We believe companies can be a force for good in the communities in which they operate. One way we do this is through Inclusion in the Blue Economy, a program we founded and underwrote with the New England Ocean Cluster aimed at bringing women, people of color, and folks with non-marine backgrounds into the industry.

We believe we must be a good steward of our environment in every way. We operate a zero-fish-waste facility, have annual energy conservation goals, minimize our water use, and work towards 100% recyclable or compostable packaging.

That’s where our production team comes in. Everything that leaves our facility is hand finished. That means that fillets are hand trimmed, the scallops are hand graded, and all products are hand-packed.
