INGREDIENTS
8 oz Atlantic salmon
3 tbs ginger-garlic teriyaki sauce
2 tbs sliced scallions

METHOD
Cut thawed salmon into 1/2 inch cubes. Skewer 4 or 5 pieces on each skewer and brush with teriyaki, let sit for 30 minutes. Grill skewers on pre-heated, clean and oiled grill, on medium-high for 1-2 minutes. Flip and repeat. Sprinkle with sliced scallions. Enjoy!
