Jimmy Davolio joins as Vice President of Sales
Darrell Pardy, Co-Founder and former CEO and SVP Sales steps down
PORTLAND, Maine, May 25 – Bristol Seafood announced today that Jimmy Davolio has joined the company as Vice President of Sales to further develop its growing portfolio of regional and national accounts. Mr. Davolio has significant experience within the food industry having held similar roles at Celebration Foods and Wise Foods.
Mr. Davolio noted “I am excited to become a member of the Bristol team. Our premium quality products and high ethical standards put us in a tremendous position to add value to customers in all segments.”

In addition, Darrell Pardy, Co-Founder and former President & CEO will step down from his role as SVP of Sales. Mr. Pardy, along with Founding Partner Ray Swenton, started the company in 1992 and built it to what it is today – a processor and distributor with a nationwide following known for its high-quality products and Maine values.
Pardy noted, “I’m thrilled that Jimmy is joining Bristol. He brings values, experience, and leadership that will help our company achieve its sales and growth goals. I’m pleased to welcome him to Portland and the seafood industry.”
Both Founders, Pardy and Swenton, remain shareholders and members of the Board of Directors, with Swenton as Chairman.
