PORTLAND, Maine – June 10, 2016 – Bristol Seafood, a leading seafood processor and distributor in Southern Maine, is pleased to announce it will attend the Grand Tasting Party at the upcoming Kennebunkport Festival on Saturday, June 11th from noon – 4:00pm.
The Grand Tasting Party at the Kennebunkport Festival is a not-to-miss event where guests can enjoy a variety of tastes and flavors from over 25 chefs under a beautiful white tent along the Kennebunk River. About Executive Chef Matt Ginn
Matt, Chef at Portland restaurant Evo Kitchen and Bar, has been interested in food since his first job picking strawberries at Maxwell’s Farm in Cape Elizabeth at the age of 14. For over 10 years he has been cooking professionally in Portland and Boston. In Boston he honed his skills at several award winning restaurants, including Harvest and L’Espalier. He returned to Maine in 2012 as Chef de Cuisine at Five Fifty-Five where he continued his pursuit of excellence while cultivating and maintaining close relationships with local farmers.
